Twice a month Burger King salutes our troops abroad by providing thousands of free issues of ESPN magazine.  One of the creative teams at CP+B thought we should use the back cover to provide an even bigger salute.  I tracked down dozens of athletic superstars including Allan Iverson, Martina Navratilova, Bob Greise, Jeff Gordon, Karl Marlone and Brandi Chastain and convinced them to write an inspirational personal thank you to our men and women in uniform, free of charge.
